Getting Started

Getting started with CrossFit is simple at Storm King CrossFit!

The first step is to call or email us to set up your free, introductory session. This allows you the opportunity to meet us, and find out firsthand what we do and who we are. If you, and we, decide that Storm King CrossFit is for you, then your next step is to enroll in our On-Ramp introductory course.

All new members, regardless of fitness level or athletic background, must attend On-Ramp. On-Ramp is a practical training session. Athletes will learn CrossFit’s basic 9 fundamental movements while gaining knowledge of our philosophy and workout regimen.

We emphasize client safety, building a community and learning terminology. We explain why CrossFit is known as the “Sport of Fitness” and the importance behind “Intensity”.

Upon completion of On-Ramp you will have the basic tools and understanding of the CrossFit program and be on your way to achieving optimal health and fitness.
