Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Partners alternate movements to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes of:

10 Hang Squat Cleans (135/95 lbs)

10 Shoulder to Overhead (135/95 lbs)

10 Box Jumps (30″/24″)
